The Jasmine Healthcare Limited Group
St Andrew's is part of the Jasmine Healthcare Limited Group. The Jasmine directors make regular visits to the home, including carrying out periodic full-scale inspections of all aspects of the care it provides and its management. This supports the Manager of the Home in ensuring that the high standards of the group are maintained and that improvements in the service and facilities are continually sought and implemented.
In addition, Jasmine has a Care & Operations Manager who is responsible for regular audits of, inter alia, infection control, care plans, medication, the dignity of care provided, and Health & Safety.
